Privacy Policy

Effective date: 07/10/2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to InHau5.

InHau5, LLC ("us", "we", or "our") operates https://inhau5.com (the "Service").

This Privacy Policy governs your visit to inhau5.com and explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information from your use of our Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Terms used here that aren't otherwise defined have the same meaning as in our Terms & Conditions, which together with this Privacy Policy make up your agreement with us.

2. Definitions

Service means the inhau5.com website operated by InHau5, LLC.

Personal Data means data about a living individual who can be identified from that data, alone or combined with other information we hold or are likely to receive.

Usage Data is data collected automatically, either generated by use of the Service or from the Service's infrastructure itself (for example, how long a page visit lasts).

Cookies are small files stored on your device.

Data Controller means the party that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data. For this policy, that's us.

Data Processors (or Service Providers) are third parties who process data on our behalf.

User is the individual using our Service.

3. Information Collection and Use

We collect several types of information for different purposes, to provide and improve the Service.

4. Types of Data Collected

Personal Data. While using the Service, we may ask for information that can identify or contact you, including your email address, name, and cookies/usage data. We may use this to contact you with updates, account notices, or information you've asked for. You can opt out of marketing communications via the unsubscribe link in any such email.

Usage Data. We may collect information your browser sends when you visit the Service, including IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of visit, time spent on pages, device identifiers, and similar diagnostic data.

Tracking Cookies Data. We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Service:

  • Session cookies, to operate the Service.
  • Preference cookies, to remember your settings.
  • Security cookies, for security purposes.

You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies, though parts of the Service may not function properly without them.

5. Client Project Materials (footage, files, and deliverables)

Raw footage, edited deliverables, and project files you submit through the client request board are not "Personal Data" under this Privacy Policy. They're governed by the retention, confidentiality, and ownership terms in our Terms & Conditions, specifically:

  • Project files and footage are retained for 60 days following final delivery of a request, after which they may be deleted.
  • Unreleased or embargoed content you share is kept confidential and is never used in our portfolio or marketing until you confirm it's been publicly released.
  • If footage you submit happens to include personal data about third parties (for example, people's faces or voices on camera), Section 17 of our Terms & Conditions places responsibility for securing appropriate consent on you as the submitting Client, not on us as the data processor of that footage.

6. Use of Data

We use collected data to:

  • provide and maintain the Service;
  • notify you about changes to the Service;
  • let you participate in interactive features, like the client request board;
  • provide customer support;
  • gather analysis so we can improve the Service;
  • monitor Service usage;
  • detect, prevent, and address technical issues;
  • fulfill any other purpose you provide data for;
  • carry out our obligations under our agreement with you, including billing;
  • send you notices about your subscription, including renewal or pause status;
  • with your consent, send you other relevant information about InHau5.

7. Retention of Data

We retain Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except where needed for security or Service improvement. Project materials (footage, deliverables) follow the separate 60-day retention window described in Section 5 above and in the Terms & Conditions, not this section.

8. Transfer of Data

Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our servers and service providers are located, regardless of where you're located. By using the Service, you consent to that transfer.

9. Disclosure of Data

We may disclose your information:

  • For law enforcement, if required by law or valid legal request.
  • In a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
  • To service providers and contractors who support our business (see Section 14).
  • To fulfill the purpose for which you provided it.
  • With your consent, in any other case.

We do not disclose unreleased client project materials publicly under any circumstance covered by Section 5 above and our portfolio policy in the Terms & Conditions.

10. Security of Data

We care about the security of your data, but no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We use commercially reasonable means to protect your Personal Data but can't guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Rights Under GDPR (EU/EEA Residents)

If you're in the EU or EEA, you have rights under GDPR, including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@inhau5.com to exercise any of these rights; we may ask you to verify your identity first.

12. Your Rights Under CalOPPA

In accordance with California's Online Privacy Protection Act:

  • You can visit the Service anonymously.
  • This Privacy Policy is clearly linked from our homepage.
  • You'll be notified of policy changes on this page.
  • You can update your personal information by emailing hello@inhau5.com.

Do Not Track: We honor Do Not Track browser signals and do not track, plant cookies, or serve ads when a Do Not Track signal is active.

13. Your Rights Under CCPA (California Residents)

As a California resident, you can ask us:

  • What personal information we have about you, including categories collected, sources, purposes, and any third parties we've shared it with. We do not sell your personal information, and never have.
  • To delete your personal information, which we'll do from our records and direct any service providers to do the same, subject to limits imposed by ongoing contractual obligations (such as active subscription records).
  • To stop selling your personal information. Not applicable, since we don't sell it.

Send any CCPA request to hello@inhau5.com. We won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

14. Service Providers

We use third parties to help operate the Service and our business:

  • Trello — powers the client request board where you submit requests and files.
  • Google Workspace — our business email, calendar, and file storage infrastructure.
  • Stripe — handles subscription billing (see Section 16).
  • Vercel — hosts the Service and provides privacy-focused analytics (see Section 15).

These providers only access your data to perform their specific function for us and are contractually restricted from using it for other purposes.

15. Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the Service, since it's built into the same platform hosting our site. Vercel Analytics is privacy-focused and does not use cookies to track individual users across sites. For details, see https://vercel.com/docs/analytics/privacy-policy.

16. Payments

We use Stripe as our third-party payment processor to handle subscription billing. We never store or see your full payment card details directly, that information goes straight to Stripe, whose own privacy policy governs its handling: https://stripe.com/privacy.

17. Links to Other Sites

The Service may link to third-party sites we don't operate. We're not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any site we don't control.

18. Children's Privacy

Our Service isn't intended for anyone under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we'll remove it.

19. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll note changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page, and for material changes, notify you by email or a notice on the Service before the change takes effect.
